What is it you wish you encountered more of in your life? Love? Affection? Generosity?…

There are so many great qualities I just don’t see enough of in my life. I mean…at work…in the grocery store…at home with my husband and my kids.

Well, I am going to challenge myself, and, because I don’t want to leave you behind in this stretching process, I’ll challenge you too.


Lead the way in whatever it is you want to see more of in your life. You wish people were nicer in the workplace? Well…lead the way by being nicer.

Wish your kids spoke to each other without yelling? Well stop yelling at them. (ouch).

I’m sure you get the picture now.

Let’s get started:

1.) Make a list of a few areas in your life and the characteristics they lack.

2.) Make an action plan. List ideas of how you can introduce the missing characteristics to that area of your life.

3.) Lead the way! If someone asks about your change in behavior tell them about your challenge and encourage them to do one also.

A challenge typically has a time frame…..so…lets say 22 days. I’m told it takes 21 days to create a habit and I thought I’d toss in an extra day for good measure.
